Lead Coach Location Enfield Salary GBP 18,000 - 21,000 Annum Contract type Full-time Main Responsbilities: I need to: * Support the Sports Manager specifically in the delivery of any activities that take place in the gym, including member engagement, personal reviews, the Lose & Shape Up programme, training clubs, and personal training. * At all times ensure the Gym complies with Brand Standards. * As part of the club team ensure that you support the clubs work in member satisfaction and member count growth by ensuring the gym matches the needs of your members in terms of activities on offer, coach expertise and product delivery consistency. * Contribute to the achievement of the club's profit & loss performance. * Proactively contribute to the club 'Annual Operating Plan' (AOP), making recommendations that will ultimately deliver the club's targets.
