Restaurant Manager - Witham, Essex, Essex Outstanding opportunity has arisen to join a well known Country Pub / Restaurant as a Restaurant Manager You must have: Excellent Customer Service Skills Experience within the bar and restaurant area Work in a busy environment. Motivate and assist staff in all Front of House areas. Take orders food and Wine/Drinks Take table bookings You will also be required to Control staff costs and staffing levels Keep all FOH stock well stocked Cash up after each shift Take bookings Motivate and train staff Have a very willing and flexible approach to work All food is freshly cooked to order Hours are 45/50 per week - they are losed on a Sunday evening and all day Monday Car Driver Essential or live in available
