This is a great opportunity for a dynamic, ambitious and experienced Chef Manager to join this forward thinking contract caterer and take on this beautiful site, delivering top quality food and service for the staff on site and catering for all hospitality requirements.
As a Chef Manager, you will be fully responsible for all aspects of the catering department, food production and all company bookwork. This is a very diverse role and not a job for the faint-hearted! The ideal candidate will be a switched on operator and a highly skilled Chef. You must have exception inter-personal, organizational and management skills, able to motivate and lead a team. The role of Chef Manager requires a candidate who is financially astute and able to "think outside of the box".
