Job Description

Our client, a National/Inteational Company is seeking an 2 nd /3 rd Line Support Analyst/ Messaging Specialist to be based at their site in North Yorkshire (easy Commute from York , Scarborough ).

You should have gained strong skills in: MS Exchange, Active Directory, Lotus Notes. Able to demonstrate strong messaging Admin skills, be Service and Delivery focussed.

Key responsibilites:

Monitoring and managing MS Exchange Servers ; Monitoring and managing Lotus Notes Servers & Sametime; Monitoring and managing Blackberry gateway Servers ; Managing and making new accounts on the Lotus Notes or Exchange environments; Monitoring and managing SharePoint environments; Controls and steer exteal parties to deliver according to SLA 's; Optimizing the performance of Enterprise systems through a constant improvement cycle; Reports on KPI's regarding performance and availability of services; Giving 2 nd and 3rd line support; Maintaining working relationships with all TAM groups and operations;
