Job Description

We are looking for NVQ Assessors to assess in the work place within Hospitality / Sales / Gym / Leisure / Fitness / Sports. It would be an advantage if you already hold your NVQ Assessors Award (D32, D33, A1 award), but if you do not training will be given as long as you have supervisory or management experience within one of the above environments. As an NVQ Assessor (D32, D33, A1 award) you will be responsible for maintaining a caseload of leaers and support and guide them through their framework and stand alone qualifications. This role is full time and permanent, Monday through Friday. On top of a competitive package you will have access to a bonus scheme, 25 days holiday, and mileage.

The Role:
• Assessing leaers in the work place within a Hospitality / Sales / Gym / Leisure / Fitness / Sports environment.
• Working to timescales and setting targets for the Leaer to achieve.
• Maintaining accurate records and paperwork.
• This role is autonomous so you will manage your own diary.
• This role will be field based and will require a candidate with their own transport and a driving license.
• NVQ Assessor Sales – Covering the Southwest ideal location Bristol
• NVQ Assessor Fitness – Covering the South London and Southeast ideal location Kent.
• NVQ Assessor Hospitality – Covering the Leeds and Hull areas
• NVQ Assessor Fitness – Covering the North ideal location is Liverpool

The Person:
• Management or Supervisory experience within a Hospitality / Sales / Gym / Leisure / Fitness / Sports environment.
• NVQ Assessors Award (D32, D33, A1) – but if not NVQ Assessors Award training will be given.
• Inteal Verifiers Award (D34, V1) – desirable but not essential.
• Desirable PTTLS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience working with young people.
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of people.
• IT literate with accurate keyboard / typing skills.
• Experience of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Driving license and own transport .
