Job Title: Senior Quality Manager (Aerospace)
Location: Essex
Salary: £50,000 (plus relocation benefits)

The responsibilities of the role are as follows:
· Provide leadership and site focus on certification and compliance to AS 9100 within the UK Business Unit.
· Provide Quality Assurance support to Bid and Project Managers,
· Extensive liaison with Operations on QA within Manufacturing and the Supply Chain
· Manage site-based certification activities and surveillance visits,
· Provide specialist AS 9100 and ISO 9001 support to Process Owners,
· Undertake risk-based auditing at the Essex site, and management of delegated Key Process Areas.
To fulfil these requirements you must have the following skills / experience:
· Implementation of AS 9100 (essential)
· Experience within an electronic engineering environment (essential)
· Lead auditor qualification (preferred but not essential)
· Man management capability (essential)
· Excellent communication / presentation skills (written and verbal)
