Market leading food manufacturer are seeking an ambitious, forward thinking Graduate calibre Despatch Shift Manager / Despatch Manager to help drive the Despatch area forward.
Reporting to the Operations Manager the ideal individual will be an existing Despatch Shift Manager or Despatch Manager who has relevant experience from within a fast paced, high pressured chilled food manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will be a ‘leader’ who has outstanding communication and organisational skills. It is essential that you have previous experience, ideally within a chilled environment, of managing a team. In addition to your ‘Can Do’ attitude it will be essential for you to develop your teams’ performance, helping them to grow within their roles. A primary focus will be driving Continuous Improvement through the successful achievement of KPI’s.
