Our client is currently seeking a Used Truck Sales Executive to cover the London and Home Counties area. The main purpose of this role is to inspect, value, record and market used vehicles and equipment and achieve the maximum possible sale price for all vehicles. Using your tenacity and commitment to hitting targets, you will sell vehicles from our client’s locations for maximum profit. You will also inspect all lease and rental vehicles for sale and agree a road ready action plan with the appropriate service manager.
The successful candidate will be a highly skilled sales person with experience of working within the transport industry. An unrivalled passion for sales and a self-motivated and positive outlook on targets is an absolute must. It is essential that you have the ability to work effectively within all levels of the organisation and you must be highly organised, enabling to prioritise and handle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy. You must have a strong knowledge of HGV vehicles and ideally you will hold an HGV licence. A true sales professional, you will foresee the reactions of your clients and you will create effective communications and have the necessary influencing skills to assist you in your voyage to close the sale.
