THE ROLE:
A Sales and Marketing Manager position has arisen with a market leading defence and aerospace company, based in the South of England. This role covers a global sales territory, and will involve selling a range of manufacturing and engineering solutions for the defence industry.
You will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy, identifying sales opportunities and attending meetings to drive these to fruition. Management of the sales team ensuring targets are consistently met.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you are fully responsible for driving sales in line with expansion plans.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Based in the South of England
• Demonstrable experience of providing sales and marketing solutions to the defence sector with a preference towards the Aerospace and Marine markets
• Experience of providing contract electronic manufacturing services (CEM)
• Capability and preferably experience of leading sales teams.
• Market and commercial awareness
• Candidates must hold SC clearance or higher or have the ability to attain this.
• Candidates must have a demonstrable sales record of providing to the defence industry.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: £30,000-£50,000 basic (dependent upon experience)
Commission: £Excellent anticipated 1st year OTE
