Job Description

A Leading food organisation based in Hertfordshire require a Despatch Shift Manager to join a growing team.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering cost, quality, service and people performance targets within the department. You will provide leadership to the team, ensure the team correctly administers and reconciles all incoming goods into despatch, controls, allocate and picks stock as per customer requirements.
 
It is essential that you are a strong team player, have experience managing large teams (20+) and have experience with a warehouse management system. It is essential that you come from a food environment.
 
The salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000.
