Our client is a Long Established successful supplier of fresh produce directly to restaurants hotels, pubs, as well as supplying fishmongers and other wholesalers.
Position: Operations Manager
Location: Bouemouth
Salary: From £30K (DOE)
ROLE:
The role of Operations Management is a wide ranging role encompassing the management of over 20 staff, control of the distribution fleet and administration functions.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Previous experience of working as a hands on manager who is able to resolve operational issues on a day to day basis.
b) Excellent time management.
c) Knowledge of quality management, health and safety and legal stipulations.
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
a) Previous experience of the meat, fish or restaurant industries preferred.
You may have experience in the following roles: Operations Manager, General Manager, Logistics Manager, Warehouse Manager, Transport Manager, Fleet Manager, Distribution Manager etc
