Job description
The ideal Demi Chef must have a minimum of 1AA rosette experience and has worked in a fine dining 4/5 star environment in either hotel or restaurant. As the Demi Chef you will be required to work 25% on pastry and 75% on on different sections.

You will have knowledge of working on all the sections and have a basic knowledge of pastry.
You will will be a very strong and foody Demi chef with a natural flair for cooking and have experience in working in a demanding environment.

Client Profile
Our client is a 5 star hotel based in Central London who has an AA rosette to their name and aiming to achieve the another by this year. The Demi chef will be working on 25% pastry and the rest in the kitchen working on different sections. This is an ideal opportunity to join the team
