Job Description
Commis Chef required for a Contract Catering Restaurant in Milton Keynes. Our Client is seeking a qualified Chef with experience of great customer service skills.
The Restaurant is a 5 day operation catering for staff and students. They are open for Breakfast and Lunch, including hot meals, counter service, and grab and go, using fresh ingredients.
The role requires the necessary college qualification of catering 2 or a similar background, and experience of working in a professional kitchen with fresh ingredients. You must enjoy working in a team and providing customer care. Have a good level of English and be confident and motivated. As Commis chef you will be supporting the Head Chef in all areas. This includes fresh food preparation, cooking and serving food. The shifts are Monday to Friday 37.5hrs per week (The occasional evening and weekends when business requires) the hourly rate is £6.66 per hour.
