Job Description

The ideal Head chef will have previous experience in 4 star hotel in a similar role. You will be a very hands on Head chef, someone who can lead and motivate the team. The Head Chef will be responsible for controlling costs in line with business levels together with ensuring health & safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times.

Essential:-
- must possess an interest in food
- eye for detail
- 2 years in a similar role
- implemented menus creation
- Ability to trian the junior staff


Desirable:-
- ability to work as part of a team and alone
- ability to take instructions from superiors
- knowledge of different types of food service
- knowledge of GP’s, supplier management
- gained or maintained awards for the food other establishments

Our client is a Boutique 4 star Hotel located in Kingston upon Thames. Thety are seeking a head Chef to complete the brigade. All the food here is made from fresh using only the finiest f ingredients.

£28,000 + £2,000 bonus
