Job Description
This role will include responsibility for the operation of club and leading a small team of health and fitness professionals, as well as ensuring our customers enjoy a clean and safe environment in which to relax and exercise. To meet our high standards of customer service, applicants should be able to create a friendly and fun environment for members and staff, possess good communication skills, be flexible and have previous supervisory experience of leading and motivating a small team. It would be advantageous for the successful applicant to have managed a swimming pool and possess a current RLSS Pool Lifeguard Qualification as well as ISRM Pool Plant Operator and First Aid at Work Certificate; although not essential.
