An exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Spa Manager who is looking for a new challenge to run a spa which is located in Bristol. The company is a luxury beauty retailer that specialises in luxury products and spa treatments. It is a company that encourages progression with opportunities for beauty staff to join the business at all levels.
Whilst this company stems from the spa environment, as a manager it is crucial that you have a strong retail background where you can work to targets and KPIs and exceed them at all times. This brand is looking for a spa manager to manage a team of 15 staff of which is a combination of consultants and therapists.
You will have experience in full P&L accountability, performing regular PDP's with your staff and general motivation of the staff through ongoing communication with them.
You will require at least five years relevant Spa Management and Retail experience.
It is essential that you have a proven track record within the Spa / Medi-spa industry along with a 5* standard of customer service.
This is a hands-on Business Manager role, requiring a meticulous, driven and approachable manager, who is also a forward thinker with a positive working attitude and that will focus on maximising service, driving revenue and achieving the bottom line targets.
The successful applicant will be welcomed into an outstanding team who are responsible for the No1 Day Spa within the UK.
