The UK's leading provider of skin care advice and treatments with over 40 sites currently seek an Clinic Manager to run and complete some treatments in Guildford.
Job Description
You will have a some supervisory or management experience perhaps as a ideally gained within a private healthcare environment or spa / beauty. You will also be qualified to complete some aesthetic treatments in this small two treatment room clinic.
During that time you will have been responsible for people management and achieving targets through controlling costs and maximising sales / service.

The Role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager you will be responsible for:
Delivering First Class Customer Service every time.
Driving sales by promoting the clinic at a local level with support from the centralised marketing team.
Adhering to operational processes and procedures.
Maintaining a tight control on expenditure.
Achieving success through the motivation and development of team members.
You will posses excellent organisational and communication skills, combined with a "can do" attitude and a genuine desire to be successful within my clients industry.
