Chef De Partie 2 - 3 Rosette Kent 17K plus Tips Live in Chef de Partie required for this Luxury County House Hotel and Spa to work in the main kitchen serving a good mix of Lunchtime Brasserie, Evening Fine Dining, Private Parties and High Class weddings. The Head Chef is looking for a Chef De Partie with good all-round experience in a good Hotel ideally with 2 Rosette experience. If you can demonstrate a natural flair for cooking ideally with strengths in Larder or Pastry but must be overall enthusiastic and keen to help the team maintain and improve standards As Chef de Partie you will be expected to complete daily prep lists and supervising Commis and or Demi& nbsp chefs, depending on your experiences you may be given the opportunity to showcase some of your own ideas.
