Pastry Chef De Partie 2 - 3 Rosette Kent 17K plus Tips Live in Pastry Chef de Partie required for this Luxury County House Hotel and Spa to work in the main kitchen serving a good mix of Lunchtime Brasserie, Evening Fine Dining, Private Parties and High Class weddings. The Head Chef is looking for a Pastry Chef De Partie with all-round pastry experience in a good Hotel ideally with 2 Rosette experience. As Pastry Chef de Partie you will be expected to be self motivated and organised completing your daily prep lists and ensuring that all required pastry, Breads, Ice creams, Biscuits and Desserts are prepared as required.
