The ideal candidate for Bella Italia Head Chef must have a proven record in:
*Standards & Quality - In dept knowledge of Health and Food Safety, Italian cuisine and its ingredients, detail minded, capable of driving consistent brand standards set by the Development Chef.
*Leadership & People - Strong believe in hands-on, adaptable management style, inspire and support others to develop and succeed
