The main duties within this role will be: To meet and greet service customers and act as the first point of contact to all customers while also providing an efficient, helpful and professional service to all visiting customers. The successful candidate will be well presented, have strong interpersonal and communication skills. They will also have a professional telephone manner, be committed to excellence, and possess the ability to work calmly under pressure. The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in a customer service environment, be flexible in their approach to work and have experience with the Kerridge dealer management systems.
