Michelin Demi Chef De Partie Bath Somerset £ 17,500 and Live In Job Details A great opportunity, for a Demi Chef De Partie to join the team at this multi award winning Country House Hotel The Head Chef is looking for somebody who has a stable background of at least 3 & ndash 4 years in the industry in & lsquo all fresh food& rsquo ideally 2 & ndash 3 rosette awarded hotel s or Michelin restaurant kitchens. Daily duties will include preparing a wide range of dishes and gaishes for the Michelin fine dining restaurant the Multi Rosette Brasserie and occasional wedding & nbsp As Demi Chef De Partie it is you will be expected to lea the dishes as shown to you by chef de parties to the standard set by the head chef, at this stage of your career it is understood that you will still be leaing however you will be expected to have good knife skills and have a strong desire to lea more and eventually run your own section.
