A great opportunity, for a Demi Chef De Partie Pastry to join the team at this multi award winning Country House Hotel The Head Chef is looking for somebody who has a stable background of at least 3 – 4 years in the industry in ‘all fresh food’ ideally 2 – 3 rosette awarded hotel s or Michelin restaurant kitchens.
Daily duties will include preparing a wide range of dishes and gaishes for the Michelin fine dining restaurant the Multi Rosette Brasserie and occasional wedding
As Demi Chef De Partie Pastry it is you will be expected to lea the dishes as shown to you by chef de parties to the standard set by the head chef
