Hilton Brighton Metropole are looking for a Beauty Therapist to join their team.

As our Beauty Therapist you will be responsible for:

Undertaking treatment procedures in line with Livingwell standards and ensuring that Club members and guests receive an efficient, friendly, consistent and personalised service
Gaining an understanding of the Department’s financial and operational targets and work pro-actively towards achieving these, including actively promoting the Club’s facilities and products
Taking ownership for ensuring the accurate completion of all administrative duties including booking procedures, client payments and handling of monies

What are we looking for?
Someone who:

Has previous experience of working in the beauty industry and holds a recognised beauty qualification
Has strong customer awareness and focus
Has strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle priorities
Is able to work effectively as a team
Elemis trained preferred

What will I be doing?

The Leisure Assistant's role is to build effective relationships with all guests in order to provide proactive health and fitness advice to each individual. Specific responsibilities include:

Maintaining oversight of the day to day operations of the leisure club in the absence of the manager.

To assist in the supervision of co-ordinated activities, complying with safety and child policies at all times.

Assisting the leisure manager in the day to day running of the leisure club.

Verifying that prescribed procedures regarding pool testing, water treatment and plant maintenance are being actioned and recorded.

To follow up any guest enquiries.

Projecting a smart and healthy image at all times, by complying with grooming and uniform regulations and by maintaining high standards of personal hygiene.

Ensuring that the club premises are clean & safe at all times- in compliance with cleaning schedules.

To Assist with looking after the outdoor swimming pool.

What are we looking for?

Strong customer awareness and focus.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate flexibly with members.
Fair knowledge of up-to-date approaches to health & fitness.
Leisure experience is desirable.
Pool lifeguard qualification essential.

PART TIME - MAINLY WEEKENDS - 24 hours
£6.79 an hour
