Fitness First are looking for a Freelance Personal Trainer.

A life-changing experience. Listening. That’s the most important exercise if you want to be a Fitness First Personal Trainer. Before you can give someone a goal, you need to know what it is they want to achieve. It could be getting back onto their feet after an illness, improving at their sport or just getting into shape. It’s different for everyone, which is why we prize the ability to listen above all else.

So you’ll need to be friendly and approachable, someone who can inspire and help individuals every step of the way, wherever it is they want to go. Our Personal Trainers are self employed so manage their own time and business needs, which means as individuals you will be highly self motivated and possess first class communication skills.
