London Syon Park Waldorf Astoria Hotel enjoys an idyllic location within the historic Syon Park. For over 400 years this has been home to the family of the Duke of Northumberland centred around a grade I listed mansion and within own extensive grounds (200 acres). Even long before the Duke lived here the site was home to a medieval Abbey and Syon House was first established in the 1400's. The grounds were once landscaped by 18th-century designer Lancelot ‘Capability’ Brown.

What will I be doing?

As a Casual Therapist you will work when the business requires and be responsible for:

Undertaking treatment procedures in line with Kallima standards and ensuring that members and guests receive an efficient, friendly, consistent and personalised service
Gaining an understanding of the Department’s financial and operational targets and work pro-actively towards achieving these, including actively promoting the spa's facilities and products
What are we looking for?

The right candidate will have already had some experience in a luxury environment and can demonstrate their passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.

Candidates will be highly trained to personalise guest’s treatments in offering a truly memorable experience and they should also be able to think on their feet.

Excellent communication skills are vital along with attributes showing creativity, innovativeness and the drive to strive for continuous improvement.

Recognised qualifications are essential - NVQ level 3, HND or a similar level qualification.

Someone who:

Has previous experience of working in the industry and holds a recognised beauty qualification
Has strong customer awareness and focus
Has strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle priorities
Is able to work effectively as a team
