GLL is an innovative charitable social enterprise, currently managing over 100 leisure centres within London and South East England on behalf of our local authorities and other partners. GLL is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work at Canons Leisure Centre within Mitcham in Surrey. The successful candidate will be an organised individual who is driven and passionate with excellent reception and customer service skills.

Key aspects of the role will include:

• Driving sales and promotional activities in the Centre via face-to-face and telephone contact
• Striving to meet sales targets and protect revenue
• Achieving sales targets
• Reception Procedures
• Marketing and Promotions
