GLL is an innovative charitable social enterprise, currently managing over 100 leisure centres within London and South East England on behalf of our local authorities and other partners. We have ambitious plans for the next 5 years which will see us continue to build our reputation as one of the UK's most successful leisure operators.

GLL is currently recruiting for a Sales Advisor to work at the Queen Mother Sports Centre within the City of Westminster. The successful candidate will be an organised individual who is driven and passionate with excellent reception and customer service skills.

Key aspects of the role will include:

• Driving sales and promotional activities in the Centre via face-to-face and telephone contact
• Striving to meet sales targets and protect revenue
• Undertaking membership sales and administration of our direct debit system
• Providing a high standard of customer care to all our customers
• Sales outreach to the public and businesses in the local area

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience of working in a similar role / sales background.
• The ability to work towards sales target
• Excellent communication and customer care skills with ambition to succeed
• Good understanding of direct debit systems and good IT skills
