Job Aims
Responsible for performing treatments to Kallima guests in line with the Spa and product standards whilst also providing a truly personalised experience.

Accountabilities

Client Care & Treatment

• To coordinate with Spa Reception and Spa Hosts to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• To carry out an in depth consultation with each client to establish their medical history and to be able to personalise their treatment accordingly.
• To perform treatments to the required standards whilst always personalising to the clients needs to offer a truly memorable experience.
• To offer Lifestyle recommendation to clients suitable to their needs and desires.
• To be courteous to clients at all times and keep client confidentiality.
• To be knowledgeable about all products and services offered in the spa and to maintain this.
• To be knowledgeable about other products and services in the spa industry.
• To be aware of any current and future promotions or new packages available in the spa.

Profit

• To be innovative and express any suggestions for improvement or new services.
• To keep up-to-date with the QA results and to seek to positively influence these results by following the appropriate Standards.

General

• To ensure the treatment rooms are clean, well stocked up and are properly set up prior to commencing the treatment
• To ensure high standards of cleanliness in the department including equipment and products.
• To report any maintenance issues to the Director of Spa.
• To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotels policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
• Completes and turns in payroll weekly and attends monthly departmental meetings. Attends all Hilton trainings as required.
• To seek direction and support on a daily basis.
• To keep excellent relationships with team, peers, and all other colleagues of the hotel.
• To report training needs to supervisor/manager.
• To attend and actively participate in training sessions
• To ensure punctuality, excellent grooming and hygiene.
• To attend daily operations briefing with direct reports/supervisors.
• To request, collect stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels
• To assist in providing departmental orientation to newly recruited staff
• To attend and actively participate in weekly communication meetings and nominated trainings as requested by the Director of Spa.

Shift Procedures
To ensure that your Departments shift procedures are followed in order to meet financial and statutory requirements and support the delivery of outstanding customer service. Hours as required on a rota basis.
