Celebrity chef Aldo Zilli will throw open the doors to his new restaurant Zilli on Jubilee Street this month. The menu is completed, the décor is nearly finished, only one thing is missing- a pasta chef!
In his hunt to find the perfect pasta chef for his kitchen Aldo is inviting chefs to congregate in front of his restaurant in Jubilee Square between 10am and 12pm on 10th June for the ultimate ‘Chef Factor’. Chefs will compete to make the same pasta dish and Aldo will decide then and there who has created the most delicious dish and the winner will be rewarded with a place in the working kitchen of Zilli as well as an Alfa Romeo convertible to drive for the weekend.
Chefs of all nationalities with an Italian cooking background must send their CVS to cheffactor@hotmail.com before the 8th June if they would like to take part.
‘Chef Factor’ promises to be an unforgettable Brighton event.
